I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic – it was conveniently close to the main attractions and the city center. The facilities were top-notch, and everything was newly renovated and super clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided me with all the information I needed to make the most out of my visit.

We had a great stay! the apartment was incredibly clean and well decorated. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main square and all the main attractions. the bed and pillows were super comfortable which made for a great night's sleep. We also really enjoyed having the fully equipped kitchen with a great coffee maker.

There was some noise from the street which made it difficult to sleep at times. the paint in the bathroom was starting to come off, which took away from the overall aesthetic of the newly renovated apartment.

What a let-down! The Christmas holidays were ruined by the lack of basic services and amenities in this apartment. The location was decent, but nothing more than that. The only aspect that we liked was the fact that the bed was quite comfortable and allowed us to rest after walking the whole day. the apartment was decorated nicely for the season, which made it look a bit more welcoming.

The negatives outweighed the positives. we struggled to find basic appliances in the apartment such as a microwave or kettle.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Zagreb and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city center. I could easily explore the beautiful palace and wander the vibrant streets without any hassle.

This venue is an absolute gem and I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
